Day 2 is where we build the \("f(x)"\) of your business. We apply the O.L.C.D. (Objective, Learner, Controller, Diagnostic) framework, the same system I’ve used to lead $90M+ portfolios.
- Objective Engineering: Defining the hard ‘Y’. We move past “Better Productivity” to Deterministic Business Goals (e.g., Reducing SKU-level forecasting error by 15%).
- Learner Selection: Choosing the right “Brain” for the task. You’ll apply the 80/20 Rule of Enterprise AI, 80% of value comes from deterministic and probabilistic methods, not LLMs. Most organisations are building the 20%.

Day 3: The Value (ROI Grid Mapping)
Quantify the value. Secure the buy-in.
Day 3 is about the Economics of Innovation. You will learn to translate technical metrics into Boardroom Language. We marry your “Pillars” from Day 1 with your “Diagnostics” from Day 2 to create a defensible ROI model.
- The Before/After Scenario: Mapping the Physics of Change. You will build a side-by-side comparison of your current “Manual Friction” vs. your new “Architected Synchrony.”
- The Value Matrix: Quantifying the unquantifiable. We will calculate the Time Saved, Costs Reduced, and Risks Mitigated. You leave with a hard-number projection for your CFO.
- The 30-90 Day Execution Roadmap: The final asset. You will build a visual timeline that answers the only three questions that matter to your team: Who does what by when?
Outcome: Quantify the impact. Build a “Before/After” model that calculates cost reduction and risk mitigation. This is the document your leadership actually wants to see.
