Refunds, Cancellations & Taxes

AI Profit OS (course): refundable within 7 days

You can get a full refund of the course fee if you ask within 7 days of payment. Email info@kriyalytics.com from the address you paid with. After 7 days the course fee is non-refundable.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks can take several business days to show the credit.

AI Profit Quotient: non-refundable

The AI Profit Quotient report is a digital product generated from your answers, so it is non-refundable once delivered. The free preview lets you see where you sit before you pay. If your report does not arrive or does not fit your situation, email us and we will regenerate it.

Logic Leak Audit and Fractional CTO / CAIO / CIO

These are confidential, scoped engagements delivered under a signed agreement with a non-disclosure clause. Fees, payment schedule, notice and cancellation are set by that agreement. As a rule, fees for work already done or time already reserved are not refunded. Where the agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

Clarity Calls

Clarity Calls are free. Reschedule or cancel from the link in your booking confirmation.

Taxes and invoicing

• Prices are in US dollars and include GST.
• Tax invoices are issued by Kriyalytics Solutions on request. Send your business name and GSTIN (if you have one) before you pay so they appear on the invoice.
• Cross-border purchases can carry bank, currency or local tax charges outside our control.

Email info@kriyalytics.com. We reply within 2 business days. If you paid by card or bank and think something is wrong, contact us first so we can fix it quickly.
