Information, not advice
Content on this site is general information about AI strategy and delivery. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Case studies are anonymised and describe results for specific clients in specific conditions; your results will differ and are not guaranteed.
Sample documents on the site are illustrative and use fictional scenarios.
Intellectual property
Site content, frameworks (including the Logic Leak and A.R.T. frameworks), reports and course materials belong to Jitin Kapila or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Do not copy, resell or redistribute paid materials.
Purchases
Prices are shown in US dollars and include GST. Refunds, cancellations and invoicing are covered in the Refunds, Cancellations & Taxes page. Purchases are for your own or your organisation’s use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a harmful rate, or post unlawful or abusive comments. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for other sites.
Liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We will try to settle any dispute in good faith first. If that fails, the courts in India with jurisdiction will decide it. Where a signed client agreement says otherwise, that agreement applies.
